Returns Processor / Client Support For Major Appliance Wholesaler

We are an appliance wholesale distribution company located in Hayward, CA. We have a fun, but fast paced work environment and are seeking a new individual with customer support and inventory management skills to add to our team. Focus will be on working with our "business to business" client returns and support.

Responsibilities include:

Handling and Processing Return Requests Evaluating Concealed Damage Product Coordinating Customer Parts Requests Reviewing / Processing Freight Damage Working with Vendors to Return Product Coordinating Warranty Service for Clients Some other responsibilities include: Processing Orders Answering Customer Calls Handling Will Call Orders Requirements include: 2+ year's experience working in logistics and client support/success and RMA processing Multitask Attention to Detail Positive Attitude Self Starter Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (spreadsheets a must)
