Grow. Succeed. S&R Motors is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Advisor / Service & Collision Center Manager to lead our growing Service and Collision operations. This is not just a Service Advisor position. We are looking for a leader who can drive sales, improve shop efficiency, deliver exceptional customer service, and help grow one of the Bay Area's fastest-growing automotive service and collision centers. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Service and Collision Center Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Create and manage repair orders and service estimates Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs Follow up with customers regarding approvals, updates, and completed repairs Coordinate workflow between service technicians, collision technicians, painters, estimators, and vendors Monitor shop productivity, efficiency, labor sales, and gross profit Manage internal dealership repair orders and vehicle reconditioning Assist with collision repair estimates, supplements, and insurance-related repairs Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure repair orders are accurate, complete, and closed promptly Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates Work closely with ownership to achieve aggressive growth goals Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, Collision Estimator, or Automotive Manager Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services Experience managing technicians and shop workflow Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Software Experience Proficiency with Mitchell 1, Mitchell Manager SE, Mitchell Cloud Estimating, or similar shop management software is strongly preferred Ability to efficiently create, manage, and track repair orders, estimates, supplements, technician workflow, and customer communication through Mitchell software Experience using reporting tools to monitor productivity, efficiency, labor sales, gross profit, and shop performance Highly organized and efficient with software systems to maximize shop throughput and minimize delays Experience with collision estimating platforms such as CCC ONE, Audatex, or Mitchell Estimating is a major plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Performance-Based Bonus Program 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Paid Vacation Employee Discounts Career Advancement Opportunities Stable, Growing Company Supportive Ownership Team Performance Incentives Based On Service Sales Growth Labor Sales Gross Profit Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Repair Order Count Shop Productivity and Efficiency Collision Center Sales and Performance Why S&R Motors?
