Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and creative Social Media, E-Commerce & Customer Support Coordinator to support our growing business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of social media content, online product support, customer communication, order coordination, and administrative follow-up. The position supports both B2B and B2C customers , including online customers, business buyers, internal teams, and e-commerce platforms. Candidates with examples of social media posts, product listings, or customer support experience are encouraged to include them. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Marketing Support Assist with posting and organizing content for social media platforms. Help maintain a consistent brand presence online. Support basic content planning, captions, product highlights, and promotional posts. Coordinate with management on marketing priorities, product updates, and campaign needs. Help organize photos, product information, and marketing assets. Track basic engagement, comments, and customer inquiries from social platforms. Respond to or route social media inquiries as directed. E-Commerce Support Assist with updating product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Support online order review and follow-up. Help monitor e-commerce platforms for customer messages, order issues, and product questions. Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, order status, shipment updates, and customer requests. Assist with platform-related administrative tasks, including Amazon, Shopify, or other online channels as assigned. Help maintain accurate product and order information across systems. Flag pricing, inventory, listing, or customer issues promptly. B2B Customer Support Respond to customer emails and basic inquiries professionally. Assist with order follow-up, shipment updates, and documentation requests. Coordinate internally with sales, accounting, warehouse, and operations to gather customer information. Help maintain customer records and digital files. Support communication with business customers, distributors, buyers, or vendors as needed. Route complex pricing, credit, or account issues to the appropriate manager. B2C Customer Support Respond to online customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and basic support. Help resolve or escalate customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Track common customer questions and recurring issues. Support customer satisfaction through clear, polite, and responsive communication. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets, Google Drive, or company systems. Assist with data entry, document organization, order tracking, and follow-up logs. Support internal reporting on customer inquiries, online orders, and e-commerce activity. Help keep digital files organized and accessible. Follow company processes and escalate issues when information is missing, delayed, or unclear. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, e-commerce, social media, or related work. Good written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and online platforms. Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately. Reliable, responsive, and organized during working hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, or other e-commerce/social media platforms Experience supporting both business customers and online consumers. Basic Canva, content creation, photo organization, or product listing experience. Experience with inventory, order tracking, shipping follow-up, or customer portals. Experience in food, packaging, retail, wholesale, distribution, or consumer products. Candidates with examples of social media posts, product listings, or customer support experience are encouraged to include them. Experience will be considered for hourly rate.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
