Job Title:

Collision Estimator & Customer Advocate Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Estimator and Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is a hybrid of technical repair planning and customer service. You will be the bridge between our customers, insurance adjusters, and our repair team. No experience with CCC One or Alldata? We will train the right person. We are looking for a sharp, professional individual who is eager to build a career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities Customer & Insurance Liaison:

Act as a professional advocate for our customers; negotiate with insurance adjusters to ensure vehicles are repaired to the highest safety standards.

Technical Research:

Use Alldata to research manufacturer repair procedures (training provided).

Estimating:

Learn to use CCC One to author accurate repair plans and documentation.

Front Office Admin:

Manage customer check-ins, scheduling, and digital photo documentation.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to follow technical data to ensure safe, high-quality repairs.

Strong Communicator:

Ability to explain technical info simply to customers and professionally to adjusters.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable with computers, tablets, and learning new software. Bilingual (English/Spanish): A definite plus, but not required. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Strong organizational skills and a professional attitude.
