Job Description
Temporary Position - Full Time Position (4- 8 weeks) The Customer Service Representative / Driver serves as a key point of contact for customers while ensuring timely and accurate pickup and delivery of products, documents, and materials. This role combines exceptional customer service skills with safe and efficient driving responsibilities to support company operations and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by professionally interacting with customers in person, by phone, and via email. Answer customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, and services. Process customer requests, orders, and service issues accurately and promptly. Scanning and plan printing Process incoming jobs and write up work orders Make deliveries as necessary Safely operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver products, documents, and materials. Obtain required delivery confirmations, signatures, and documentation. Provide assistance to team members with various duties when possible Package goods for safe delivery to clientele Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred. Previous delivery driving experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and navigate delivery routes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to details & ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Strong organizational skills in a deadline-based environment Ability to function and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment .
