Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about water services, accounts, and billing with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process account updates, payments, and service orders accurately within the system.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure customer account information is handled with confidentiality and security.

- Stay informed about internal processes and assist in system-related tasks as needed.
