Job Description

Corsair is a fast-growing company that is looking for a customer service/sales representive to join our sales team! We are looking for someone who is self-motivated about providing excellent customer service and helping our customers with their current open orders as well as following up on recently submitted quotes.
Responsibilities:
By phone, email or in person assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Order Entry and Quoting Follow up on customer expedites and maintain a current backlog. Follow up with our production team, purchasing and other departments for all related customer requests. Maintain a clean and organized system with reminders. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and willing to go above and beyond expectation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn new products and services quickly. Intermediate computer skills Experience using MRP/ERP systems. Must be dependable and have an excellent work attendance record.
