Fast-paced, friendly, professional work environment. Ideal candidate must have 2+ years insurance experience including sales and/or service. Professional phone skills, proven sales/service record and helpful personality a plus. Madarin speaking a plus. Base salary plus commissions and bonus. Unlimited earning potential
Duties Include:
Be entheusiatic to handle company assigned leads and convert leads with basic sale skills Proficient in quoting , binding and issuing Auto, Home and commercial policies with our partner carriers be customer friendly and willing to handle billing and claim issues Actively Assist with principal agent with renewals and other policy services
Requirements:
MUST be
PROPERTY AND CASUALTY
licensed OR be able to pass state license exam Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Confident self-starter who works well independently Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems Bilingual proficiency in English and mandarin
