Customer Service Representative

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an immediate opening with a manufacturing company in Irwindale, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting daily operations while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | On-site Key Responsibilities Accurately enter detailed customer orders into the system, ensuring all specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements are correct Follow up with clients regarding order status, availability, changes, and delivery timelines Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Support the will-call area by assisting customers with order pickup and coordinating with warehouse and production teams Communicate effectively with internal departments, including production, shipping, and sales, to ensure timely order fulfillment Resolve customer issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and customer interactions Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
