The moderator serves as the host's right hand by managing chat, answering customer questions, tracking sales opportunities, and helping maintain a positive viewer experience. Responsibilities Monitor livestream chat in real time Answer product questions and customer inquiries Pin products and key comments during broadcasts Escalate important questions to the host Remove spam, inappropriate comments, and disruptive users Track common customer concerns and FAQs Assist with giveaway execution and audience engagement activities Monitor inventory, promotions, and product availability during streams Support hosts in maintaining stream flow and engagement Provide post-stream feedback and reporting Requirements Local / willing to commute Strong written communication skills Fast typing speed and multitasking ability Ability to remain focused during long livestreams Familiarity with TikTok Live and social media platforms Excellent customer service mindset Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous moderation experience Experience with TikTok Shop Customer service, community management, or social media experience Knowledge of e-commerce and online sales Success Metrics Response time to customer inquiries Chat engagement rate Accuracy of information provided Customer satisfaction Stream compliance and moderation quality
