About the Role At Mid Valley Disposal, our Customer Service Representatives are more than just a point of contact—they're the face and voice of our company. As a CSR, you'll handle a high volume of calls and inquiries while providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction is professional, positive, and efficient. What You'll Do Deliver friendly, professional, and respectful service to customers and team members Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, and service requests Maintain and update customer records in company systems Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; escalate complex concerns as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure Bilingual (Spanish/English ) preferred, but not required. Experience in waste management, utilities, or logistics is a plus Why Join Us?
