What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative (CSR): Connect with customers one-on-one to understand their needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations. Build rapport by listening actively, showing empathy, and delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience. Represent our values with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset. Support ongoing sales initiatives by following up on inquiries and communicating important information to the Sales Team. Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused atmosphere by offering help where needed and sharing best practices. Participate in ongoing training and skill development, embracing feedback and growth opportunities. Stay informed on all current products, services, and promotional offerings from our clients.
