Join an international manufacturer as a Customer Service Representative! We're excited to welcome recent college graduates who are eager to start their careers and grow with us.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing their orders and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, has strong computer skills, and is ready to dive into the world of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and fax, taking orders and addressing inquiries or complaints. Process orders using our SalesPad System (ERP) and ensure accurate entry of information. Provide product information, including features, pricing, availability, and credit terms to prospective customers. Verify payment methods, shipping details, and customer information. Cross-reference parts and product numbers to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Communicate with our Japan headquarters for product information and price quotes. Prepare and dispatch product literature to customers. Manage complaints related to products, billing, or services, and direct them to the appropriate departments. Resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Enter and update customer data in our computer database. Prepare documentation for business transactions and process Return Authorizations.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work part time Monday & Tuesday during the summer, but open to full-time during the fall. Recent college graduate or equivalent experience. Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on communication. Proficiency in computer systems and data entry. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
