Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a financial services team in California. - Manage a steady mix of inbound and outbound calls while meeting daily productivity and conversion goals.
- Provide clear, effective communication that helps customers understand next steps and feel supported throughout the conversation.
- Maintain organized records and complete data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
