What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance and follow up on unsold estimates Help maximize our technicians' schedules Communicate with technicians and dispatch throughout the day Keep customer information accurate and organized Deliver a five-star customer experience on every interaction We're Looking For Someone Who Has a positive, energetic attitude Enjoys talking with people Is dependable and accountable Learns quickly and enjoys improving every day Stays calm under pressure Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail Is comfortable using computers and learning new software Wants to be part of a team—not just have another job Previous HVAC or home service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
