In this position you will wear many hats and fill in on various tasks and projects - ranging from Returns coordination and processing, corresponding directly with customers via phone and email, and assisting operationally when needed. Job Details The Administrative/Returns Assistant role will primarily provide support to our Returns Administrator and the Customer Success team as a whole. You will be on the front line for returns processing, coordination, and outreach, and will help manage select inventory/databases and communicate with our Finance Team. In addition, you will handle a variety of related administrative duties including or related to product improvement and feedback, vendor outreach, refurbishment and inventory management. We are looking for a highly organized, meticulous and critical thinker who is resourceful, thorough, and willing to take the initiative to problem solve. What You Will Be Doing Receiving, inspecting, and processing all returns Reaching out to vendors regarding RMAs and defective items Organizing data and assisting with projects in Microsoft Word/Excel and G Suite Coordinating RMA logistics and packaging requests Coordinating with Fulfillment and Finance teams regarding refurbished products and refunds, respectively Communicating with vendors and customers Helping out in other roles as needed What You Need for this Position College Degree Customer Service / Retail experience Experience with or interest in returns management and refurbishment workflows Exceptional communication skills, including writing and speaking Problem-solving skills Organization skills Extreme attention to detail Must be able to lift 30 lbs, sit/stand for long periods of time, restock returned inventory and move machines as needed Passion for helping a growing businesses A desire to be part of an entrepreneurial environment High degree of autonomy - we empower you to make decisions and improve the company every day Desire to delight, help, and inform customers every day An interest in/experience with 3D Printing, Help Desk software, and technical/mechanical issues a plus!
