•Playmazing is the Antelope Valley's first indoor jungle gym equipped with tunnels, climbing structures, slides, a race track more for children ages 0 - 15. We offer open play all day and also a private party room to host children's birthday parties, get-togethers and celebrations of all types. Customer service and the safety and security of our patrons are of utmost importance! The Cashier/Customer Service and Play Attendant position is responsible for maintaining guest services, generation of sales in house, cash register operations (POS), party hosting, general housekeeping, and assisting children on the playground. This position also required attending to the tire slide and instructing children (and parents) on how to slide safely and pushing tires down. This individual will be the someone who greets guests with a smile and must provide excellent customer service to all patrons at the counter, in the facility and over the phone. You will also be responsible for hosting parties and assisting party customers from the time of check in to the end of their party.

Qualifications:

Work well with children and parents Ability to provide excellent in-person customer service Ability to handle and resolve problems Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively in English with excellent written and verbal skills Ability to handle money Dependable and have a strong work ethic Must have basic computer skills and be willing to learn Point of Sale Software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and answer any questions they may have Facilitate waiver signing and explain indoor playground rules Process cash and credit card transactions on POS system (admission, party package, socks, snack sales) Maintain our high standard of cleanliness (light to moderate cleaning duties) in restrooms, playground equipment, party room, snack areas and entry way. Stock supplies as needed

Party Host Services:

help prep for parties, set up party room, greet party guests at check-in, go over party rules, maintain party time lines, clean up Simple data entry Relevant Experience (Preferred but not required) Cashier/Sales Customer service Work with
