Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and benefits industry, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Enrollment Services department supporting customer onboarding and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Assist customers throughout the full enrollment process + Serve as the main point of contact from account initiation to activation + Clearly explain service details, costs, and enrollment steps + Provide training and guidance to customers during onboarding + Handle high-volume inbound/outbound phone interactions

  • + Proven customer service experience (phone-based preferred) + Strong phone etiquette and communication skills + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment + Quick learner with strong information retention skills + High level of attention to detail
