In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere Manage directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with precision, including updating records in systems like QuickBooks and maintaining organized filing systems Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and following up as needed Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Support clerical functions including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Quickbooks online system-a MUST, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for Order processing handling financial transactions Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of our office.
