Since its founding in 1983 the company has consistently grown and more often outpaced the growth in the categories where it conducts business. With 3 strategically located warehouses we service three functional sales businesses vertically integrated to the Mass Market, Health Food and Ethnic channels of trade across the U.S.A., Canada, and Internationally.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Responding to phone & email inquiries Order entry & invoicing Miscellaneous clerical tasks Logistics and support for Sales & Procurement Other duties as required to support team goals and objectives
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Strong sense of urgency, commitment, and accountability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Capability to learn invoicing and order processing systems. Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Fluent in writing & speaking).
