Cashier/Stocker/Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately
• Upsell products and services to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is beneficial
• Strong communication skills to effectively sell products and communicate with customersAs a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers.
