Contract Position Position Overview We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Customer Support Representative to join a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries related to vehicle recall campaigns, provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has recent call center experience, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is comfortable learning and working with modern customer service platforms. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls regarding vehicle recall campaigns and service-related inquiries. Provide accurate information, schedule appointments when applicable, and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Document all customer interactions accurately using the company's customer service system. Navigate multiple systems while maintaining efficiency and accuracy during calls. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Meet established performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure an excellent customer experience. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of recent call center or customer service experience. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer support environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new customer service software and CRM systems. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting automotive, dealership, or recall campaigns is a plus. Experience using modern CRM or customer support platforms. Previous experience mentoring or acting as a team lead is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT
Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
