Flex Customer Service Employee (5+ hours per week) Partake Collective Long Beach, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $19 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Bilingual Cash register Expediting POS systems Food Handler Certification Time management Full Job Description Position Summary This position The Flexible Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests while supporting day-to-day operations of the facility. This role focuses on guest interaction, basic order support, cleanliness, and general operational assistance in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Bilingual is a plus Comfortable using iPads, POS systems, and basic technology Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Food Handlers Card and RBS certification Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer questions and guide guests on ordering kiosks, lockers, and facility features Enter orders and assist with basic POS transactions using an iPad Check IDs for alcohol purchases in compliance with policy Support food expediting by assisting with order placement and delivery to designated areas Maintain cleanliness of guest-facing areas, including counters, restrooms, and common spaces Restock retail items and keep shelves organized and presentable Assist with basic setup and breakdown for events or rentals as needed Communicate clearly with team members, tenants, and management Follow company policies, safety standards, and sanitation procedures Provide excellent hospitality and help resolve guest concerns Answer incoming phone calls and respond to questions from prospective customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Schedule facility tours and appointments with prospective customers, coordinating availability with management and other team members. Maintain detailed, accurate, and organized notes of all customer interactions, inquiries, scheduled tours, and follow-up communications.

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
