KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE
- actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory that includes a large existing customer base.
- sell Custom Window Treatment& Bedding & Flooring products to Hospitality Industry
- prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
- understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions.
- deliver exceptional customer service.
- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- provide pricing and delivery information
- process orders, forms, applications and requests
- organize workflow to meet customer time frames
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- manage customers 'accounts
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- maintain customer databases
- follow up on customer interactions
- Hindi or Gujarati Speaking is a PLUS Sales is a PLUS Customer Service Experience is a PLUS Based salary is $20/per hour plus commission,$25.
