In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while also driving sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information. Engage in outbound calling to follow up with potential customers and promote our services. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and maintaining records of sales. Utilize computerized systems to manage customer accounts and track interactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively assist customers. Assist customers with sales inquiries Requirements Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. Strong cash handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Proficiency in using computerized systems for customer management. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
