Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions, assist with service inquiries, and help maintain a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions and service-related concerns Provide accurate information about products and services Support account updates and order processing Maintain records of customer interactions and requests Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
