This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll help transform homes into spaces that feel calm, functional, and beautifully put together. From closets and pantries to full-home resets, our work blends organization with thoughtful, elevated design. If you enjoy working with your hands, creating order, and being part of a team, this is a unique opportunity to step into a growing lifestyle brand while making a tangible impact in clients' homes. What you'll do Work alongside a small team on-site in client homes across Los Angeles Organize closets, kitchens, pantries, and storage spaces Unpack and set up homes during moves Implement functional systems using bins, labels, and layout strategy Maintain a clean, efficient, and detail-oriented work style Occasionally assist with product pickup or light prep before projects Who this is a great fit for This role is ideal for someone who: has experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles enjoys fast-paced, hands-on work is naturally detail-oriented and organized takes direction well and works efficiently has a calm, positive presence in client environments enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a shared result Role details Part-time, project-based work Typical shifts are 4-7 hours Start times are usually 10:00 AM or 12:00 PM Flexible scheduling based on availability Work takes place at various locations across Los Angeles 1099 contractor role Qualifications Proven organizational skills with experience in home organization, property management, or personal assistance preferred but not required Strong background in retail, hospitality, hotel experience, or customer service that emphasizes professionalism and client interaction Ability to adapt quickly to different home environments while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear guidance during sessions Able to be on your feet for extended periods and can lift light items (bins, boxes, etc.) Reliable transportation and flexibility to work part-time hours across various locations Embark on a fulfilling journey where your organizational talents help create harmonious homes!
