Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Customer Service & Order Coordination Review customer purchase orders and verify alignment with internal work orders. Ensure all process requirements and customer specifications are accurately communicated and flowed down. Monitor the MRP system to ensure customer order due dates meet required delivery dates. Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status within the required response timeframe. Communicate with customers regarding missing documentation such as blueprints, drawings, or specifications. Coordinate with production to obtain estimated completion dates (ECDs). Develop and maintain daily reports on orders and production status. Prepare orders for shipment and assist with related documentation as needed. Quoting Review customer quote requests and prepare accurate, detailed quotes in a timely manner. Calculate service costs and pricing using standard company criteria and customer requirements. Maintain accurate paperwork and job files for a smooth transition between departments. Prepare and distribute invoices upon job completion and clarify any billing questions or discrepancies. Ensure confidentiality regarding pricing and other business-related information. General Support cross-department communication to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Maintain compliance withAS9100, ISO
9001, and ITAR requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.Experience:
2+ years in manufacturing, quoting, or customer service.Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred. Compensation The salary range for this position is $19.00- $22.
