Providing over-the-top customer service is our #1 responsibility, which includes preparation, the proper attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Duties and Responsibilities Assist Service Department Manager in maintaining a smooth running efficient Service Department with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Diagnose problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order. Estimate costs and completion times at point of sale. Clearly communicate them to the customer. Ability to schedule and distribute jobs. Excellent communication with mechanics and customers throughout the job duration. Assist with parts department to obtain proper parts for open RO's. Ability to convert incoming calls to appointments that show. Maintain follow up for future services. Maintain high motivation and set a good example for the rest of our high performing service team. Job Requirements Superior communication and customer service skills. Ability to get along with a broad customer base. Experience with the Harley Davidson Brand and ability to learn quickly. Current Valid M1 License.
