As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you'll assist customers by answering questions about AT&T Fiber services, explaining available internet options, and helping them choose solutions that fit their household's needs, from smooth streaming to reliable connectivity across multiple devices. As an Entry Level Customer Representative , you'll begin training that blends product knowledge with customer support skills, preparing you to answer customer questions about AT&T Fiber's speed, reliability, and internet solutions. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Representative Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers understand how AT&T Fiber supports their everyday internet needs Initiate personable conversations that uncover customer challenges, shaping enrollment recommendations that feel tailored and authentic. Guide customers through enrollment steps with precision, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every customer interaction. Uphold AT&T Fiber's reputation by delivering trustworthy, customer‑focused experiences. Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Representative A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
