#1 Volume Hyundai Dealer in Northern California #10 Volume Hyundai Dealer in the Western Region Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume, customer-focused service department. This role is ideal for a proven advisor who can manage a busy service drive, build customer trust, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional ownership experience. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain diagnoses, recommendations, and costs Effectively upsell maintenance and repair services based on customer needs Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Provide consistent updates to customers and manage expectations Maintain CSI standards and manufacturer guidelines Utilize the dealership management system to document all service activity

Qualifications:
