Entry Level Assistant Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions Educate customers about AT&T Fiber services, promotions, and internet plan options Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process Answer questions and provide accurate product and service information Maintain organized customer records and documentation Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Entry Level Assistant Qualifications:
