In this multifaceted onsite role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work with exquisite flowers from around the world, creating breathtaking arrangements that leave a lasting impression. You'll spend your days designing and crafting stunning floral creations , while also assisting customers with their individual flower needs in person and over the phone. A critical part of your role will involve interacting with our VIP clients , taking telephone orders, and helping customers at our front desk. You'll be responsible for documenting customer order details precisely for our design team, responding to emails, and following up on special requests.
