We partner with AT&T to guide clients through wireless and fiber enrollment and maintain service accuracy. Our work is grounded in outreach rhythm, product fluency, and daily performance. As an Entry Level AT&T Representative, you'll support client enrollment, service alignment, and account activity across assigned zones. You'll guide clients through wireless and fiber options, track service changes, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain campaign consistency. What We Are About We move with intent. We operate with precision, purpose, and daily rhythm—because every client we guide strengthens the campaign we own. What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level AT&T Representative? Guide clients through AT&T wireless, fiber, and entertainment service options. Assist with enrollment, activation, and service alignment. Address service questions and account updates with a solution-first approach. Share feedback with your team to improve outreach and campaign results. Log all client interactions and account activity using CRM tools. Join weekly meetings with the AT&T Representative Department to share best practices. What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry Level AT&T Representative? A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Up to 2 years of experience in outreach, sales, or customer-facing roles is helpful. Clear communicator with the ability to explain AT&T service options confidently. Self-motivated and focused on meeting daily outreach goals. Professional, consistent, and resilient in a performance-based campaign. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct field-based client visits.

$40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
