What You'll Do:

As a Bartender, you're the first face our guests see. You'll be: Making every guest feel welcomed and fabulous Managing the front desk with confidence Driving sales (membership + retail) Supporting the stylists and keeping things flowing

Warmly greet and welcome clients to create a positive first impression Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client's entire visit Promote and sell retail hair care products with confidence and product knowledge Maintain a clean and organized salon environment , including the front desk and retail area Assist with restocking inventory and keeping supplies replenished and accessible Answer phone calls professionally and manage appointment scheduling efficiently Use strong time management skills to help ensure smooth, on-time salon operations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage daily salon operations Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred Confident phone etiquette and clear communication for booking and client interactions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting—experience in environments like grocery, hospitality, or wireless retail is a plus Comfortable recommending and selling products or services to enhance the client experience Bilingual abilities are a bonus, but not required
