Job Description Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support high-producing advisors by preparing financial plans, supporting client interactions, and enhancing client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering a personalized client experience, leveraging analytical skills, and contributing to business growth through strong service and execution. Key Responsibilities Support advisors with financial planning, investment research, and trade execution Prepare and coordinate client meetings, agendas, and follow-ups Manage new business documentation and ensure timely submission Coordinate marketing events and handle vendor communications Perform administrative duties including correspondence, expense processing, and document management Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent 3 5 years of relevant experience Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 150 days S63 or S66 registration or ability to obtain within 150 days Experience in a client service environment Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in computer and software tools Preferred Qualifications S65 or S66 (IAR registration) Life, Accident & Health and Variable Contracts licenses have valid U.S. work authorization and should not require visa sponsorship now or in the future . In-Office Collaboration This role requires 5 days per week in-office , supporting a highly collaborative, client-focused environment.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$31.53 $38.50/hour Additional variable compensation (bonincentives) Comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, life insurance, and paid time off
