In this energized role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your organizational skills, computer literacy, and positive attitude will help create a welcoming environment both in person and over the phone. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management, clerical, and customer service expertise in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet visitors at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with their inquiries Manage phone systems to direct calls efficiently and provide prompt assistance Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software Support office management functions such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting administrative tasks Maintain professional phone etiquette while supporting team members with administrative needs Experience Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Previous customer service experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Experience in front desk operations or medical/dental receptionist roles is a plus Bilingual ability is highly desirable to effectively serve diverse customer needs Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry procedures, and filing systems is preferred Personal assistant or administrative support experience that showcases time management and multitasking abilities Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for helping others makes a real difference!
