This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building professional communication skills, and creating positive customer experiences. As a Customer Support Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for new customers while supporting our partnership with Frontier Communications. In this role, you will help customers understand available telecommunications services, assist with account support, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish. We are looking for motivated and professional individuals who are eager to grow in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Customer Support Associate Responsibilities Interact directly with customers in a professional and positive manner Assist new customers with questions regarding services, features, and account information Educate customers on available telecommunications products and service benefits Support customer onboarding and service activation processes Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide continued support Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer experience initiatives Participate in ongoing Customer Support Associate training and professional development sessions Qualifications for the Customer Support Associate Role Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or communications is helpful but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment Organized with strong attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required Willingness to learn and grow within the company What We Offer Training and hands-on mentorship Opportunities for advancement and career development Supportive and team-oriented work environment Leadership development opportunities Performance-based growth potential Full-time schedule with consistent hours
