This is much more than a traditional customer service role. We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, providing exceptional service, and proactively helping clients protect what matters most. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, identify cross-sell opportunities, follow up on agency alerts and leads, onboard new clients, and help drive agency growth through outstanding customer care. Salary Range:
$22,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Active California Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire). 1+ years of customer service experience (insurance experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls. Sales-minded with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with AgencyZoom, Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar agency management systems is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, text, and in person. Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the agency. Review client accounts for cross-sell and coverage gap opportunities. Cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella, and Commercial insurance products. Follow up on agency alerts, renewals, policy reviews, and retention opportunities. Contact existing clients regarding underwriting requests, missing information, and policy changes. Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals. Assist clients with billing questions, payments, and claims support. Schedule annual insurance reviews with existing customers. Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system (AgencyZoom). Follow up on leads and assigned service activities promptly. Work closely with producers to support sales and client retention efforts. Meet individual service, retention, and cross-sale goals. Continuously look for ways to improve the client experience.
