We're looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative who is energetic, confident, and motivated by helping guests while driving sales. This is not your typical front desk position. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients about wellness services, confidently recommending memberships and retail products, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. What You'll Be Responsible For Creating an exceptional first impression for every guest entering the clinic Educating clients on the benefits of massage therapy, skincare services, and assisted stretch sessions Recommending wellness memberships designed to support long-term client wellness goals Driving membership sales and earning commission on every successful enrollment Promoting retail products recommended by service providers to support guest wellness routines Building strong client relationships to improve retention and long-term membership value Managing appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, phone calls, and email communication Supporting daily front desk operations while maintaining a positive and professional environment Compensation & Benefits $17.15 - $17.90 per hour Commission earned on every membership sold Monthly team bonus opportunities Paid sales and wellness training Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Complimentary monthly massage, facial, or stretch service 50% Employee Discount on retail products Growth and leadership development opportunities Schedule Requirements Part-Time Position Monthly schedules provided in advance Must be available for evening shifts Weekend availability required Flexible scheduling based on business needs We're Looking For Someone Who Feels confident and comfortable selling memberships and retail products Enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for performance Has strong communication and relationship-building skills Can multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Brings a positive attitude and professional energy to every shift Has previous sales or customer service experience (preferred) Is at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent Why Massage Envy Moreno Valley?
