Responsibilities:

CSR primarily handles outbound and inbound calls with Fortune 500 clients Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers Serve as the primary contact for providing white glove support and problem resolutions for vendors Participate in special projects, both regional and global as needed Follow established procedures, update documentation, assume ownership of end-user issues and strive to provide excellent service to all business partners Maintain required documentation and records to meet best practices Strive to meet individual and team service quality goals Manage and maintain
