Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. Duties Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and ensuring they are attended to efficiently Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and billing information Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files for easy retrieval Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring timely and professional responses Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using calendar management tools Perform clerical tasks including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized office supplies Keeping office clean and organized Qualifications Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Previous experience in an office setting Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, data entry, and calendar management, billing Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering outstanding customer support while honing your administrative expertise!
