The Role As a Pawn & Sales Associate, you are the face of our store. You'll build solid relationships with our customers by providing outstanding service, whether they are looking for a loan or a life-long treasure.

Your day-to-day will include:

Lending:

Extending pawn loans secured by jewelry, tools, electronics, and more.

Customer Relations:

Providing friendly, professional assistance to a diverse clientele.

Sales:

Selling fine jewelry, electronics, and other merchandise (and earning a commission on every sale!). What's In It For You?

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in retail, sales, or customer service.

Language:

Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Reliability:

Valid CA Driver's License or reliable transportation.

Background:

Must be able to pass an extensive background check and screening.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of jewelry, electronics, or tools is a major plus!

Schedule & Benefits Shift:

8-hour shifts.
