SERVICE DEVELOPMENT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Become part of a strong service team at one of San Diego's largest and most respected group of dealerships, which services Dalton Toyota National City, Dalton Subaru National City and Dalton Hyundai National City. This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leader known for its friendly and welcoming environment, exceptional customer service, and large, loyal customer base. We are looking for experienced customer service representatives with strong communication skills to effectively assist our valuable service clientele in our Service Development Center. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, honest, hard-working, organized, and committed to great customer service.

Company and Service Department Overview:
Dalton Motors services Dalton Toyota, Hyundai and Subaru, all located on the Mile of Cars in National City, and is located less than 20 minutes from most areas of San Diego. Founded in Guadalajara in 1945, Dalton Motors is a family owned and operated business with over 55 dealerships serving major manufacturers including Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai and others. They are continuing the legacy of Frank Motors, an automotive and community presence since 1965. We provide ongoing training, new product on-line training, and position specific training by our in-house trainers. Our service and parts areas run very smoothly in large part due to our solid processes and trained, skilled staff, many of whom have been at our stores for twenty years or more. Some of what you will do: Promptly greet customers and create a welcoming and friendly environment Promptly answer incoming calls from our guests and address needs in a professional, friendly manner. Confirm and Update Customer Information Check for open Recalls Review guest repair order and process payment as required Partner with service advisors to insure that the Dalton Difference is extended to every guest Continue to develop your skills through training and experience and take your career to new heights!
What we are looking for:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Outstanding customer service skills Proficient Computer Skills Professional work ethic and high integrity Ability to work as a team and/or independently Strong problem solving and follow up skills Bilingual is a bonus.
