This role is essential in ensuring every customer receives a high level of care, satisfaction and follow
  • up after their vehicle purchase or their repairs have been completed.
The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between sales and service, maintaining strong operational efficiency. This candidate should bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Proactively contact all customers who purchase New and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. Schedule and coordinate follow-up service appointments, encouraging long-term customer retention. Manage and distribute loaner vehicles, ensuring proper tracking, availability, and accountability of inventory. Maintain accurate records of loaner usage and dealership inventory related to customer service operations Act as first point of contact for customer service concerns, complaints, and feedback, working closely with management to resolve issues promptly. Deliver a high level of hospitality and professionalism during every customer interaction, both in person and over the phone Support the service and sales department by creating a seamless and positive ownership experience for every customer Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and assist in improving overall dealership performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in customer service automotive Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast
  • paced environment Comfortable handling customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems Bilingual is prefered This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer experience and wants to grow within the automotive industry.
