We're seeking a friendly, organized Client Service Representative to deliver excellent customer service and support clinic operations. Key responsibilities Greet clients and their pets; manage check-ins/check-outs Schedule appointments, confirm reminders, and manage the appointment book Answer phones, respond to messages and triage non-medical requests Process payments, manage invoices, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain client records in the clinic management system; ensure accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate client communications (follow-ups, lab results, post-op instructions) Assist with inventory management, reception area upkeep, and light administrative tasks Support the veterinary team to ensure a smooth patient flow Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication; compassionate and patient-focused Strong customer service skills and professional phone demeanor Proficient with computers; experience with veterinary practice management software a plus Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent What we offer Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement Paid time off and employee discounts on veterinary services Supportive team environment and ongoing training Flexible scheduling options
