- Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with strong plumbing knowledge and bathroom product installation experience. This role supports customers by email and phone, helps troubleshoot installation and after-sales issues, and provides practical solutions. Duties
- Provide customer support and after-sales service by email and phone.
- Troubleshoot installation issues for toilets, bathtubs, shower doors, shower bases, whirlpool tubs, and related bathroom products.
- Review customer photos, videos, measurements, and descriptions to identify issues.
- Research solutions using manuals, Google, YouTube, and AI tools when needed.
- Follow up with customers when answers are not immediately available.
- Record case details clearly in computer systems and Excel.
- Stay calm, patient, and professional with upset customers.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, bathroom remodeling, bathroom installation, or related customer support.
- Strong knowledge of bathroom product installation, including toilets, bathtubs, shower doors, shower bases, whirlpool tubs, and alcove tubs.
- Hands-on bathroom installation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to research solutions.
- Computer savvy, fast learner, and familiar with Excel.
- Good communication skills and customer-service driven.
- Patient, professional, and able to stay calm with upset customers.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
