We're hiring a Customer Connectivity Representative in San Diego for a team that works directly with customer accounts in a 1:1 environment. As a Customer Connectivity Representative, you won't just assist - you'll take an active role in the full customer experience: Connect with new and existing customer accounts to understand needs Present Verizon products and services in a clear, solutions-based way Guide each customer through available options, upgrades, and enrollments Handle questions and objections while maintaining a strong customer experience Track interactions and follow up to strengthen customer relationships Contribute to daily and weekly performance goals as a Customer Connectivity Representative This Customer Connectivity Representative position is designed to give you real exposure quickly.
