Job Description

California Communications is growing in Carlsbad, CA and hiring a full-time Customer Service AT&T Representative to join our expanding customer relations team. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working directly with people, building customer relationships, and helping customers find better AT&T solutions. This Customer Service AT&T Representative is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking hands-on experience in face to face customer engagement and professional growth within a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service AT&T Representative, you will represent AT&T products and services in a community-based setting, helping customers understand plans and services. The Customer Service AT&T Representative plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily customer needs and account troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities of the
Customer Service AT&T Representative:
Meet with customers directly to discuss AT&T wireless and internet services Help customers troubleshoot any AT&T account issues in a face to face and friendly manner Assist with new customer account enrollments and account support Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity Work collaboratively with team members to support daily goals Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times Qualifications for the
Customer Service AT&T Representative:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face environment Positive attitude with a professional and dependable work ethic Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required High school diploma or GED preferred Willingness to learn and grow within the company
