In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will drive positive experiences and foster lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer support skills in a fast-paced environment where your contributions truly make a difference. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and provide accurate information Assist customers with account questions, product information, or service issues via phone or in person Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading Handle clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence with attention to detail Provide bilingual support as needed to serve diverse customer needs effectively Ensure excellent phone etiquette and professional communication at all times to enhance customer satisfaction Experience Prior office experience or administrative support background preferred, especially in customer service roles Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Excellent typing skills along with attention to proofreading details for accuracy Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or as a personal assistant is advantageous Bilingual abilities are highly valued to support our diverse client base Join us and become part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding customer service!
